Thankfully this level 5 has not had impact on construction the same as the last time we have this level implemented. We are driving on with this impressive 3500sq foot house . The 3D design gives you a good idea of how it’s all gonna look . Block build and a truss roof is currently manufactured. Hope to have this couple moved in by March , dug out this site in early September . As always ,the precise location of the site and identity of the clients are kept offline.

Simple concepts like choosing the right slate or tile can often be oven overlooked with a self-build project. Here we used a natural effect Structured Cabrona slate which helps keep in line with the original stonework to the front of the house.
Also seen here is a patio area we completed using a two-colour printed concrete. Not only is this finished product durable and life lasting, it offers diverse usability as vehicles can drive on it during the winter enabling the homeowner to drive fully around the dwelling while acting as a practical patio alternative to slabbing and paving. Needless to say, people are slow to believe it is indeed concrete!
It’s factors such as these where a project manager can time and time again help make the right decision and achieve what is best for the customer, an approach that involves getting things right the first time.
