Here are a few photos of a large shed we’re looking after at the moment. By employing a Project Manager this allowed our client go direct and buy the concete and steel themselves . This ensures no waste or over spending on materials . Along with this we split the labour into a 2 packages, 1) for the concrete and 2) mechanical shed.

By doing this we were able to save 12% on the overall costs based on quotations by main contractors to do the whole project.

It pays to take control of your own project and ensure maximum bang for your buck!!
