A 2850 sq ft self-build block house was started February 4th and the owners moved in November 8th when all internal works had been completed, as well as external works (footpaths and standalone garage).

In January 2020 additional works were carried out to install kerbing, lawns, rockeries and surrounding sleepers, driveway lighting and a two-colour printed concrete patio drive.
