For a set fee you’ll get a dedicated Project Manager to manage the construction and fit-out of your home, extension or business premises, who will also be your single point of contact with all work to help manage and streamline all your needs.
The first stage of the project will involve personalised consultation to determine your goals, budget and any specific planning or architectural requirements.
A detailed cost plan will then be provided and discussed with you accordingly.
A programme of works will then be drawn up to show the timelines involved and to highlight when certain key decisions will need to be reached.
During the construction phase the labour and material requirements are broken down and sent out to tender to approved contractors and suppliers to help ensure you get the best possible prices.
The regularity of our dealings with both contractors and suppliers means you are constantly buying products and services at the most competitive rates on the market, which can result in significant savings over the course of your project.
The Project Manager will manage all the contractors, ensuring they complete their work in the agreed time and to the highest standards and payment schedules will be produced for contractors and suppliers so that you know exactly what payments are coming up.
The Project Manager will also produce regular cost and progress reports so you can stay in control of the works. Along with this we arrange insurances and a safety officer on behalf of the client.
Furthermore, the Project Manager will assist you in selecting and/or sourcing finishes to ensure you have adequate time to make important decisions and will also manage and co-ordinate the contractors during this difficult fit-out stage to deliver the project to your preferred specifications.

In simple terms, we act as your builder! So, your thinking, why not get a builder? Because research has proven that build direct projects can save 20 to 30% from building contractors!
We offer different rates depending on how long you want us to stay in the project. This can range from a builder finish, a furnished finish or a full turn-key project.
For existing buildings, we are also closely involved SEAI subcontractors who carry out work for significant grants which include upgrading your glazing and/or insulation along with solar and heat pump installs.
Along with significant financial grants, this will in turn improve the functionality and carbon emissions of your home making it cheaper and more environmentally friendly to run.
If required, a practical and economical service to other works can also be provided. For example, landscaping, gardens, ponds, pergolas, patios and driveways.
